Yo so umm, I was just doing my leg workout and was at my last set of the workout which was 100 squats (yes I am buff in the lower body section) and near my last rep my knee just fucking gave up vro. Turns out I think I got Runners knee or in medical terms, Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS). I'mworking on my recovery rn cuz I dont wanna tear my ligaments. I think it is caused due to overload cuz I've been doing parkour these days so ill try to tone it down. K bye chat („• ֊ •„)੭

Hey Guys returning to improve my webhome after a long time. A lot of things happened yk, school, exams, family trips, yk them but hey it dosent matter causs I'M BACK BABYYY, WOOHOOOO. Anyways I finally formatted my homepage the way I wanted to with some exceptions like the music player and guess what, I've been geting into calisthentics, again. Anyways thats abt it for today.
